A Fermiq memo is a short written assessment — typically two to four pages — written by a researcher working in the field the claim belongs to. It is designed to be read once, before a decision, and to survive being forwarded to your investment committee.

Why that verdict follows — the physics, the measurement, the methodology, the comparison to the state of the art.

The specific evidence, measurement or disclosure that would move the assessment, so you know what to ask for next.

A mandatory line on every memo stating the author's relevant interests, or their absence.
The four possible verdicts are fixed deliberately. A memo that cannot reach a verdict says so — unverifiable is a legitimate and frequently correct answer, and we would rather deliver it than manufacture confidence.
